Jimmy Sutton - upright bass, vocals

Jimmy Sutton is one of the most respected and sought after upright bass players in the country. He has toured and recorded with rockabilly, blues, and country legends like Jimmy Rogers, Koko Taylor, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith, Wanda Jackson, Ronnie Dawson, Scotty Moore, and Pinetop Perkins. In the 1990's, he founded the legendary Chicago jump blues group the Mighty Blue Kings and then went on to form the wildly popular Jimmy Sutton's Four Charms. His current group the Del Moroccos, a powerful new 8 piece Rock n' Roll band (knock the Ray-ettes and Link Wray together, with a blast of garage, a hit of late '50s black rock n' roll) features his wife Gabrielle on vocals. Jimmy's bass playing and stage presence are awe inspiring.
